Emily is a senior accounting and psychology major. She joined Beta Alpha Psi in the Fall of 2015 and has been very involved ever since. She interned this past summer with KPMG in New York City in their audit financial services practice and has accepted a full time offer with them upon graduation. She also placed 1st in the PWC Case Competition with her team, as well as 1st in the Project Run With It Case Competition at the Beta Alpha Psi annual meeting. Her variety of experiences makes her a great resource and ready to serve as President. She is looking forward to another great year for this great chapter!

Lexi is a senior accounting major and has been actively involved in Beta Alpha Psi since joining in the Fall 2015.  Lexi is currently a Department of Justice and Audit Intern at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, a local accounting firm in Buffalo.  This past summer she was able to attend the Beta Alpha Psi Annual Meeting in Baltimore, MD with her fellow officers.  In Baltimore, she participated in the Beta Alpha Psi International Day of Literacy hosted by KPMG.  Lexi is looking forward to a great year with her chapter and is excited to continue connecting local, regional, and nationwide firms with the University at Buffalo School of Management students.

Nick is a senior accounting major and has been an active member of Beta Alpha Psi since joining in the Fall 2015.  Last year he participated in the Best Practices Competition at the Beta Alpha Psi Regional Meeting and volunteered with the VITA Program. He just completed a summer internship with Ernst & Young in Manhattan and also tutors in the Undergraduate Learning Community Center in the School of Management. He is excited to serve as the Vice President of Candidates and assist candidates with questions about Beta Alpha Psi, accounting, internships, or anything else!

Andrew is a senior in the accounting program, and has been an active member of the Zeta Theta chapter of Beta Alpha Psi since the fall of 2015.  He is also a member of the Club Volleyball team. This past summer he attended the PwC Elevate Program, RSM’s Pathways Program, and EisnerAmper Advantage. In the Spring of 2015, he attended the Regional Meeting with many other members of the Zeta Theta chapter and competed in Best Practices on Leadership and Management. Andrew is looking forward to continuing his active involvement in Beta Alpha Psi as an e-board member.

Ryan is a senior accounting major and has been an active member of Beta Alpha Psi since Fall 2015.  This past summer he attended PwC’s National Elevate Program in Atlanta and has accepted an internship with them next summer in New York City. He also participated in the PwC Case Competition in the Fall of 2015 and placed 2nd! . In the Spring of 2015, he interned at Brock, Schechter & Polakoff in Tax. His past experiences make him a great resource for new accounting majors. Ryan is excited for a great year with Beta Alpha Psi and is honored to serve as Zeta Theta’s Reporting Secretary.

Marley is a senior accounting major who joined BAP as a junior in the fall of 2015. She studied abroad in the spring of 2015 and while there had an internship at Stark International doing some basic accounting work. In summer 2016 she completed an Audit internship with KPMG and recently accepted a full time offer with the firm for Fall of 2017. Marley has been extremely active in Beta community service events and especially enjoyed the annual and regional BAP meetings. Marley is looking forward to getting to know all of the new candidates and returning members and hoping for an amazing year!!

Zhiming Xiao

Zhiming is currently a Senior Accounting student and planning to work on Master Program to reach 150-hour requirement for CPA. He joined Beta Alpha Psi during his first semester of Junior year and participated in numerous professional events. Last year, Zhiming placed 1st in the Target Case Competition and 4th in PwC Case competition.This academic year, he not only serves as Communication Secretary, but also VITA Chair for the organization. Other than Beta Alpha Psi, he is involved in another professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. His experience of participating in such events would definitely serves BAP members and candidates better.
