President: Kimberly Delcamp

Get to Know Me: Hi everyone! My name is Kimberly and I am from Westfield, NY. A fun fact about me is that i absolutely love to dance. I have been dancing since I was little, and I continue to do so at UB. When I am not dancing, you can catch me running, trying new restaurants with my friends, going to the gym, or traveling whenever I get the chance

My Beta Alpha Psi Journey: My time with Beta Alpha Psi started in the fall of my junior year. There were many reasons I decided to join, but the sense of community I felt right away made the biggest impact on me. Since joining, I have been a member of the Best Practices Collaboration and Unity team, placing second at the Mid‑Year Meeting. During the spring of my junior year, I served as an Events & Networking Committee Chair, where I was responsible for organizing events such as the David Kim’s Workshop. BAP has been such an important part of my personal and professional growth. My soft skills have improved, I’ve become more confident speaking in front of others, and I feel much more comfortable in professional settings.I’ve made so many memories through BAP, but my favorite one is placing at the Orlando Mid‑Year Conference in February 2026 and then spending the afternoon relaxing by the pool with my team. It was the perfect way to celebrate everything we worked for.

What I Look Forward To: I’m really looking forward to working with all of our members and upcoming candidates this year. Getting to build real connections and help people feel supported is something I’m genuinely excited about. One of the things I care about most is creating new opportunities for students to grow, try new things, and feel confident in themselves.

You truly will get something meaningful out of Beta when you join. Our e‑board is fully committed to making sure each and every one of you reaches your academic and professional goals this year, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Vice President of Technicals: Jason Xu

My Beta Alpha Psi Journey: joined Beta Alpha Psi to build my network, develop my leadership skills, and connect with ambitious and like-minded students. Since joining, I have served as VITA Committee Chair, participated in the Best Practices competition, and was elected Vice President of Technicals. BAP has helped me improve my public speaking, leadership, and professional confidence. My favorite BAP memory was traveling to Orlando for the Best Practices competition because I had the opportunity to represent our chapter and collaborate with an amazing team.

What I Look Forward To: I’m looking forward to contributing to BAP by participating in and hopefully mentoring future teams in the Best Practices competition. I also hope to support members and candidates by being someone they can reach out to for help with academics, recruiting, or getting involved in the organization. My goal is for every student who joins BAP to gain valuable professional skills, meaningful connections, and lasting friendships. I hope this year helps all of us grow together both personally and professionally.

BAP has helped me become more confident networking with professionals and collaborating within team environments while also teaching me the importance of accountability and service. Reporting Secretary: Curtis Hannon

Get to Know Me: Hi everyone! My name is Curtis Hannon, and I am a Senior in accounting. A fun fact is I enjoy listening to Latin music and playing golf whenever I have the time.

My Beta Alpha Psi Journey: I joined BAP initially to learn more about what accounting was, and how my future might look. Being a freshman and not learning much about accounting. I made it my mission to join an accounting club, and luck be hold BAP fit perfectly into my schedule sophomore year. Now being a part of BAP, I enjoy the culture this club has instilled in me, and the connections I have made and continue to make. I have been involved heavily with BAP. First, I was apart of a Best Practices team my sophomore year. We presented on Impacting your Profession. Then for junior year, I joined the community outreach committee chair and was apart of it for the entire year. Now I am the reporting secretary going into my senior year.

BAP with all of its technicals and events, has helped me see what I want to become an accountant. As of right now, I am leaning tax with a specialization in International Tax. Without Beta, I wouldn’t have really know what direction to have gone. Even outside of accounting, Beta has increased my public speaking skills, and ability to connect with other accounting and like-minded individuals. My favorite BAP memory was winning back-to-back Ampadu bowls.

I Look Forward To: I look forward to filling my role as reporting secretary, but more importantly adding new ideas and thoughts to the club. Also want to mentor underclassmen to make sure everybody is prepped come time to interview/apply for internships. I hope students make friends with others within BAP, and most importantly grow professionally, and personally through all of BAP’s great events. Looking forward to great year of growth with everyone!
